Frequently Asked Questions

If you ever encounter any issues and are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns.

Please freeze and return your product to us, for an exchange of the same value. 

Please make sure you bring the original packaging with you when making your return. 

Unfortunately, things can go wrong sometimes, and most of the time it is out of our control, so please be respectful when making a return. 

We cannot exchange a faulty product without the original product being returned to ourselves.

As you can appreciate, we can’t complete a returns exchange without proof of the faulty product being present. 

We need this so we can investigate further with our suppliers to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Some products will come with a guideline sticker regarding vacuum sealing/gas flushing - please do follow the guidelines on the stickers. 

If you are ever unsure on a purchase you have made, please don’t hesitate to contact us on our social media pages and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Lastly, we do not offer refunds.

£10.00 - £24.99 = 1 Stamp

£25.00 - £49.99 = 2 Stamps

£50.00 + = 3 Stamps

Loyalty cards can be used on the following purchase when full - not on the same day. 

If you lose your loyalty card unfortunately you lose the stamps and have to restart with a new card.  

Multiple cards cannot be added together onto one card. You must fill a card and then move over to your part-full card.  

Stamps can only be added to the card on your day of purchase. 

If you forget your card then you will need to start a new card or lose the stamps.  

We reserve the right to rescind loyalty cards if any rude or aggressive behaviour is displayed towards staff.
